Loss and Grief
Ughh… I hate it here! How many of us have said that in the depths of our pain?! Missing someone, some place, or just simply the way things used to be? Feelings of loss and grief are universal. It's a complex and profound process that has no timeline. Bereavement is not linear either.
We go through all these different stages in no specific pattern with a rainbow of emotions. I’m here to tell you that all of it is valid and normal. Grief is a deeply personal experience too, dependent on your culture and beliefs. It can be overwhelming, even all-consuming. How do we bear the pain, cope with the void left behind?
